If it let me, I'd give zero stars
I signed up for 2 people in July 2022, I paid $156. The class was cancelled the morning of and I found out when I got to the location. That was September 2022. I am still yet to be reimbursed for the class. I've called and emailed for months with no response! It's now February 2023 and still nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Doing good work, by making all food service safer! Clear instruction, a lot of detail made more manageable than just reading it all on paper or online. Very glad I took the class, and got certified!

Thank you for the review, it was a pleasure having you in the class!

Instructor Joe did a great job at explaining things and making sure we understand and gave us a lot of examples. Our class was small so he keep on asking us if we have questions to make sure we understand.

Linda it was a pleasure having you in the class, we had some amazing discussions during the class. Thank you for the kind words and congratulations!

My experience was horrendous. Attempting to sign up for a class very confusing. Had bood and exam code but instructors would not proctor the test. Signed up with Joesph to take full class, when I showed up Mike was the instructor. Passed test, but directions to get certificate are not valid. National associate was of no help

I contacted Mr., he admitted his process was not "horrendous", but frustrating as he was very confused attempting to find a class and examination. Mr. stated we would not proctor an examination for him. That is a complete falsehood, we would never refuse to proctor an examination as long as all State requirements are met. In fact we did proctor the examination for him yesterday after he met the State requirements. The Mr. stated he could not print out his certificate, I asked if he attempted to send an email, he said yes, our e-mail history states he did not. I informed him I needed to refresh his profile, I stayed on the phone with him until he was able to print it out. We resolved this issue within 10 Minutes.

Scheduled a ServSafe class in Allentown Pa for Oct31, Received phone call that class was canceled due to instructor's medical emergencyI was told the class would be held weeks later same time and location at the Hilton on Airport RdAllentown PaArrived on Tuesday November 14th for the class and the hotel said they no of no such class, and that they never have had any record of any being booked at their hotel
I had called the person who called me to cancel the 1st class and left a messageShe returned my call hours later to tell me she can't help me to call her manager Joe on his cell phoneLeft several messages with no courtesy of a return callI have been calling the toll free number every day and voice mail is directed to Joe's phoneLeft several messages with no return phone call as to how to proceedI needed the Servsafe certificateAt this point I would like to be refundedNo action whatsoever has been made to rectify situation

I had to take the Minnesota State Food Safety Handler's licensing for workThe instructor Joseph was really engagingHe knew his stuffHe even talked about histamines, something I've never seen an instructor do beforeWork pays for the annual, MN test and all communication forwarded from work was clear and easy to understandWork mentioned having us take a HACCP class and I would look forward from learning from Joseph again! Added bonus, it's a Veteran owned company

Took the day off (not an easy task where I work) to go to a ServSafe classShowed up at the location listed on my registration page, and the front desk staff tell me there is no class scheduledCalled ServSafe to see if the location changed, and they said they were not able to look up whether the time/location changedI finally found my confirmation email, which listed a different location than on the website when I registeredI rushed over to this location to find out there is no class scheduled (and never was)Called ServSafe to see where the class even would be, and no one was able to give me an answer ("I only schedule classes, I can't view current courses")Waited for someone who knew ANYTHING to call me backFINALLY I received a text from Joseph Graziola, the course instructor, hours later after I gave up and left the locationHe said he sent an email at 6:that morning cancelling itTHAT'S COINCIDENTAL since the hotel's meeting room never was booked in the first placeI absolutely would NOT recommend ServSafe to anyoneVery disappointed in every aspect of the customer service I received

I had to attend a alcohol training for workDue to the nature of our business, the training was on a Sunday nightNot how anyone wants to spend there Sunday night at an alcohol trainingHowever the instructor Joe was super friendly and remembered me from last yearHe had new jokes and worked hard to make sure that we understood the importance of not serving an already intoxicated person and how to deal with belligerent intoxicated individuals

Customer requested a refund on the day this dispute was filed, we refunded the customer next business day
