Similar to the other complaints on this site. They were quick to take payment, and Kraig promised to have the parts to us within a couple weeks. Then nothing happened for over a month. After I called and inquired they said it was a misunderstanding with another order and that they will refund us. Now it has been about another month and they keep dodging our calls and emails and still waiting on the refund. Be very careful, this is why they dont accept credit cards, it makes sense now.

These guys are crooks. Ordered post shores and paid in advance with a promise of 2 weeks delivery. It's now been 6 weeks and Kraig the sales person wont respond. called the office to talk to accounting to get the money returned and they wouldn't transfer the call.

We completed @ 90% of the job and returned the remainder balance.

Consumer has a credit balance with us that is being returned to him next week.  We have done business successfully with him before.  And on the order he placed with us we delivered the order that he placed.  There were some pieces that were short and that is the credit balance that he...

We still have not received the refund check that you promised us, despite your numerous assurances. While we have been holding off on pursuing legal action, we cannot continue to do so indefinitely. Review: The company LIG Forming & Shoring LLC quoted us the supply of used construction equipment and requested payment in advance. The payment was sent by wire transfer and confirm receipt by Mr. [redacted], CEO of the company. Then starting some issues with the availability of the equipment quoted and after several weeks they offered to return the paid money. ( Over US$ 45,000.00). The refund of the payment was never made, neither the quoted equipment sent.We contracted a collector to try to get the refund of the money, but in the meantime, we have found very disturbing information about Mr. [redacted] and Lig Forming and Shoring. There is a list of at least 20 customers that have been robbed this way and this company is still doing business in the USA. If I can attached files to this complain, I will send along the information.Desired Settlement: At this time, I will suffice to receive the refund of our payments.

Review: We ordered a quantity of EFCO plater girder forms from [redacted] of National Formwork in early March. The total of the forms was 11,354.00 We sent payment on March 14th in the amount of $10,218.60 (90%) via Federal Express – marked "Priority Overnight" to

National Formwork, Inc.

Attn: Accounts Receivable [redacted] We have never recieved the forms. We have recieved many promises from [redacted] to take care of this but have yet to recieve the forms or a refund.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our $10,218.60 refunded to us immediately.

Review: Consolidated Construction ordered used B5 wall braces. On October 28, 2013 we received an email from [redacted]. She acknowledged the order and requested payment in advance in the amount of $5,760.00. The check was cut on October 30, 2013 and sent via Fed Ex. On November 6, 2013 a consolidated Construction employee inquired on the order and [redacted] sent and email stating the braces would be shipped the following week. Time passed and we did not receive the wall braces. Phone calls and emails were not returned. Finally on January 14, 2014 [redacted] sent an email to a Consolidated Construction employee stating the company would be sending out a refund check on January 17, 2014. The check was never received. Numerous calls were made to National Formwork. None of the calls were returned until February 27, 2014. I spoke to [redacted] and he said he would be back in the office on March 4, 2014 and he would send our refund via Fed Ex. We have not received the refund and messages continue to be unanswered.Desired Settlement: A full refund via wire transfer or certified bank check.

Review: In late September of 2014 I drove to Junction City, Ks to one of lig's form yards and purchased 65 used forms and ordered several new form fillers and corners and played for everything that day. I have never received the new forms I payed 2518.40 more for and I have called them numerous times and the only response I got was in October and they told me they had to build them so it would take longer.I have not got any response since then and I have called many times and left a message with more than one person and have got no answer where my forms are or why I ain't received them yet and its February. I have been more than patient and I don't know what to do at this point.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund but if that is not possible at least get my forms.

Review: Product was ordered from Company and we had to pay the invoice amount in advance of delivery. The amount was paid in full and the delivery was never made despite several promises that it would be. We ultimately cancelled the order and were promised the refund would be coming. After several promises we have never received a dime.Desired Settlement: Just want our money back. Amount is $27,385.
