In December 2020 I called LIG Forming, Kraig Anderson is the sales person. everything is great, he has everything in stock, gets me a decent price on used wall forming. He says they would need 90% up front. Ok. No problem. He calls several times a week while I get my loan approved thru the bank. He is eager to make the deal. I send the money in end of January 2021. I figured I just send 100% and get everything out of the way. Promised delivery 2 to 4 weeks. I call toward end of february. Kraig said they have a problem because of covid 19. be patient give me about 2 weeks, we will get the material to you. I'm calling 2 weeks later no answer, text, no answer, e-mail, no answer. 3 weeks later finally he decided to answer. More excuses than anything, Covid 19, no driver, no truck, only has part of the materials, really he says, he was sick, in the hospital. So... nobody in the million dollar company answers the phone or e-mail?! now middle of march, still no sight of the concrete forms. I try calling, my calls go directly to voicemail, he is blocking my calls! I keep sending Text and e-mails, wanting either the forms or my money back. I get a e-mail several weeks later stating he will return my money. Fine! It took some more e-mails to get a response, in middle of june I receive 90%. He promises the rest shortly. He also says he still has some other shoring, new for a discounted price. I agree, send me the material. Another month goes by. No Material, calls are blocked. I start sending e-mails and text again. finally returns the money 1st week of July 2021.
This company is non existing except by telephone, I found several different addresses in different states. none of them are real. There is no yard, no inventory. I believe they are doing some kind of money laundering.
We still have not received the refund check that you promised us, despite your numerous assurancesWhile we have been holding off on pursuing legal action, we cannot continue to do so indefinitelyIf we do not receive the refund check by close of business Friday, December 2nd, we will have no choice but to move forward with legal action We are also copying the Revdex.com on this email, since you did not follow through with your promise to refund our credit balance the week of November 21st
Consumer has a credit balance with us that is being returned to him next week We have done business successfully with him before And on the order he placed with us we delivered the order that he placed There were some pieces that were short and that is the credit balance that he has coming back to himThis will be taken care of next week
