At the time of purchase the customer was told that we do not refund money on used appliances. We will gladly repair or replace with another used unit. It is also posted on the office door for customers to see. Customer refused to let us schedule her for the owner to go out
and look at washer. We tried several times that day to schedule and she kept refusing. We will gladly repair or replace this unit at any point with a compatible machine during the days warranty we place on the unit.
