I purchased several items of furniture from national furniture liquidators, and received the first two items of furniture rather quickly from them, but they said that would have to order the other two, and it would be about a week before they would get them into their store for delivery. It has now been 32 days since the day of purchase, and every time myself or my wife calls them to see when our furniture will be delivered, we are always given a different excuse as for why the furniture is not here. The first time it was because they had no delivery drivers that could make it onto my base (due to criminal records) the second time was because they had one of their delivery drivers “fall ill” and now we are currently calling them and they are “searching for our inventory” they promised to deliver it two days ago, and swore that they called us saying they were waiting for confirmation to deliver the furniture, but we never received any calls. We’ve tried speaking to the manager but he is always “busy”.

I am rejecting this response because: The company has only apologized. They have not set up any sort of delivery date with us, or offered us a simple refund for the furniture. All they did was apologize. Which is useless without either my furniture or the money I pod for it. He also is lying in the response saying that he has my furniture. I spoke with him on the phone and was told they “accidentally gave our furniture to another family that ordered the same piece. All he has done is apologize for something without offering any sort of way to fix the issue.

I bought 3000 plus dollars of furniture from the store they took the money right away it's been over a month and they haven't delivered any of my furniture and what I have got has been broken and there's no answers from the manager or the assistant manager they know nothing and they don't want to give me a refundI've had to sleep on the floor for over a month cuz they don't want to give me a bat or any of the three thousand plus dollars of furniture that I've bought
