We filed a complaint with Revdex.com but they never posted itRobert F* came and sold us a bunch of lies and a chimney cap which doesn't work for our home He also took our old cap and never returned it He never fixed the problem, he never sealed the chimney as he informed us and took our money and ran He never responded to our complaints We had to contact another company to fix the downdraft and haven't had a problem since Don't trust this guy

Review: The plumber we hired, through National Grid, wanted to paid in full when the conversion took place in the fall of 2014. We explained that we would only pay half in the beginning of the job and half when the job was completed. Unfortunately, I wish I had never paid him at all because of all the issues I have had with the boiler, getting to come back, and the home inspection to be completed! During the conversion the workers made such a mess I had to hire a cleaning crew to come in and get all the oil residue out of my carpeting! The plumber made an attempt at an apology but never offered to refund the cost. His workers ruined two smoke detectors and made a mess of my basement in the area they were working in. He also left out that his estimate did not include the cost of the boiler, it was just the conversion.

After one year of our boiler being installed it is still not inspected. The plumber has not arrived with the home inspector to have this done because when the inspection failed the first time, it took him over a year to come back. We would call and make reminders to him to come back to no avail.

Whenever I call him, it is ~ "I will be there later today." To only have to call him hours later to remind him he was to come to my home. This has happened at a minimum of six times. The boiler has only been installed for one year! A brand new boiler should NOT have to be serviced this often. When I called, just last night, his response was "We usually only work from 8 ` 5." What plumber only works from 8`5?!?!?! One who clearly does not remember they are in the service industry!Desired Settlement: The desired outcome we have is a fixed boiler (it is obviously not installed correctly), a refund of money for the time, energy, and money already spent on our behalf. I will explain ~ we had to spend money to clean our basement with the horrific mess they made, replace a smoke detector his workers destroyed when all they had to do was take the batteries out, and days taken off from work waiting for him to arrive when he never did. We would also like for him to arrive with the home inspector when he says he will. He does not show up and fix the product that he installed with the warranty that he guaranteed. It is shameful!
