Hello, National Gift Card (NGC) is the fulfillment facility for many different rewards and loyalty programs We send out millions of gift cards and digital eGift cards annually For end users who receive gift cards or eGift gift cards from us, they are sent on behalf of a client/program We do not have portals or websites where end users log back into National Gift Card to receive their rewards However, sometimes our clients may require this, and in this case, the person should log into their Blue Cross Blue Shield account, not National Gift Card If there is difficulty in receiving a reward, the end user should contact their program (in this case it sounds like Blue Cross Blue Shield) to receive assistance as again, NGC is simply the sourcing and fulfillment facility of the gift card, but not the program manager However, that said, we do have customer service staff on stato assist in these situations and help direct people to the right answers as it may relate to their program (if NGC is the fulfillment partner) This person may contact us between 8:30am - 5pm CT by calling 888-472-or by emailing us at [email protected] and we'll gladly see how we can help Thank-you so much - we hope this helps!

I redemmed a $gift card with National Gift Card and bookmarked the confirmation page on their siteWhen I returned to use the card the page was broken and I was prompted to log in, but I had never created a log inI'm convinced they're trying to scam me out of money

I received a dollar gift card from blue cross blue shieldI logged into National Gift Cards' site to redeem it and then bookmarked the confirmation pageWhen I returned to the confirmation page later I was told to log inI had never logged in before and did not have any log in informationThey have no way of retrieving my gift card and no contact information availableI'm led to believe they are simply screwing people out of money

NGC's Customer Service Team contacted this customer and worked out resolution of the issue, which was actually relating back to the program administer on his health care rewards program - not NGC.  NGC is the fulfillment partner behind these programs, but not the administer of the rewards...
