National Grange Mutual Insurance Company Reviews (11)

Do NOT go with this company! I was in an accident that was not my fault and NGM (who is my carrier) gave me a horribly low offer on my car It wasn't even close to fair market value The company has agreements with other insurance carriers to offer low compensation for damages, so that when one of their insureds is at fault, the other carrier doesn't overpay either NGM isn't even the one taking a hit; the carrier of the person who hit me is My husband and I have great driving records, a home policy, umbrella policy, endorsements, and four autos with NGM and you think that they would want to retain their good customers We have young children who aren't even close to driving age
I did my own research to show that my car is valued much higher on other rating sites and on used car sites, but NGM wouldn't accept my research The amount they gave me was $3k lower than other sites
Beware of selecting this company as your carrier!
