Mr. [redacted] recently had a PSC case for this same issue, the customer is constantly in arrears currently his...
standard payment agreement has defaulted the restore amount is $155.47 and his current charges of $159.31 are due by 10-29-15. The last payment made was 09-18-15 for $208.00. The terms of the agreement are current charges plus $20.00. Mr. [redacted] does not make his payment in full every month that is the reason for the visit from the collector. She had to go onto the porch since that is where the meter is located she did not need access to the inside the house. The collector did advise Mr. [redacted] to contact the company and resolve the payment agreement issues or to get a medical emergency. The collector was greeted by the entire family (4 adults) when she went onto the porch to terminate the service, she stated both emotional and physical disabilities exist at the address. If the customer does not bring the account current he will be in danger of termination. If you need anything else you can call me at [redacted] or email me.Thanks Sue [redacted] National Grid Customer Satisfaction & Regulatory Compliance
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I do not accept this because they sent the bill to the wrong address when they had my correct address on file. The address they sent the bill to was a previous address of 3 years. I received 3 bills from them at my current address and all of a sudden they send a bill to an old address. The bill doesn't even have a due date. All it says is due upon receipt which I never received. Regards, Bobby Miles
