Review: We purchased two tickets for a [redacted] City Foodie Excursion. We arrived at the meeting point to begin the tour at 7:00pm on Feb. 1 2014 per the instructions on the tickets and [redacted] website. Our guide did not show after waiting 20 minutes at the meeting point. We made several attempts to contact the company. There has been no response.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund for the two tickets plus the prepaid gratuities: $173.44
