I am rejecting this response because: the business needs to send me a return packing slip I don't feel I should have to pay the return shipping as I canceled the order approximately days prior to shipping and due to the box not being clearly labeled who it was from

Review: Placed an order with National Gun Supply on 10-03-14 for merchandise totaling $187.35. On 10-10-14 had not received merchandise or any response from the company. I made numerous attempts to contact business by phone. The number was always busy. I emailed the company inquiring about the status of my order and received no response. I emailed the company on 10-11-14 and informed them I was canceling g my order and that they no longer had my permission to charge my credit card. On 10-28-14 my wife opened a mailed package labeled "customer service." Inside contained my canceled order. A subsequent check with my credit card showed they had billed my credit card on 10-28-14. I've initiated a billing dispute with my credit card and have made numerous attempts again to telephone the business during their business hours and again the phone was always busy.Desired Settlement: I want the charges removed from my account and a return shipping label so I can return the merchandise to National Gun Supply

Review: Ordered two Glock decals on Aug. 30 and still havent recieved order. Contacted them via email and no response from customer service.

Ordered two Glock decals in the amount of $13.93 on my Master Card on August 30th and have not recieved in mail as of 9/30/13. Tried contacting customer service via email three times and no response. Tried contacting the buisiness number and got recording stating that due to high call volume that they could not take calls at this time. Message stated that mail box was full.Desired Settlement: I would like product shipped ASAP or a full refund to my credit card in the amount of $13.93.
