I have received harassing rude phone calls for weeksWhen I ask to be put on the do not call list they hang up on me or say vulgar wordsWhen I try to call them to talk to a manager they hang up on meThese calls won't stop and they always call from a different number so I can't block them

This company is stationed in [redacted] although they spam you with number from places like Atlanta and CaliforniaThis is the worst company I have ever encountered

I went online one time for health care.gov insurance info and within minutes I was being called from all different parts of USA from healthcare enrollmentIt's been four weeks and up to about calls first dozen or so calls I told to take off list pleaseDidn't help still get calls from all different numbers with same question if I've found insuranceYou can't call back most numbers not incoming numbers, I noticed alot of similar cases like mine online I can get call logs from my cell phone carrier to prove amount of calls and differences in numbers dozens of different numbersVery harassing including texts to drains my battery also

What is the point to ignore a person's request to take your name off of a call list, you've already purchased insuranceBy the third call back, you've already convinced a person not to do business with youBy the 10th callback, the person your calling wants to sue you and your employerBy the 40th call, you trying to find your office address, so you can hire someone to leave a rotted, dead goat in front of the air intake port of your officeWhat's the point, just take the person off of the call list when they ask!!! Listen to them, there will not be a sale!!! Why do you need to keep calling, wasting your time and just *** the called party off even more?

I've gotten calls today and almost calls yesterdayAll from different numbers with area codes all over the country, all claiming to be from national health enrollmentI've asked to be removed from their database numerous timesUsually the call just hands upWhen I call back it says the number is a non working numberThis should be considered criminal

I am on the Do Not Call Registry and they called me I called them back to be removed and asked why they disregarded the Do Not Call list
The representative said it wasn't their fault as they contract with a 3rd Party That 3rd Party should be abiding by the same rules and as far as I'm concerned they're an extension of National Health Enrollment
I won't do any business with them and I suggest nobody else do business with them until they can respect a person privacy and privacy laws

I was called by a salesmen wanting to know if I wanted health insurance which I had already enrolled in 2 months prior. I explicitly told him to stop calling me, take me off his list and another other database that had my number and hung up. I then received a call from a private number maybe 15 seconds after my initial call. I pick up and it's the same salesmen telling me I need to take the [redacted]. I told him to stop harassing me and calling me or I'll take legal action. He then told me that i'm going to listen to him and that i'm a piece of [redacted]. I hung up and tried calling back the number and it must of been the salesmen's cellphone or specific work phone because only that person was picking up the phone and was not allowing me to speak with a supervisor. He kept putting me on long holds then changing his voice then eventually he hung up on me. I called one last time and it wired directly to the same automated recording that X-(XXX)-XXX-XXXX is as well as the salesmen's work number was in Boca Raton.

Three weeks ago, I began receiving calls from this number (XXX) XXX-XXXX....I received 4 calls the first day...I requested to be placed on their do not call list, and was assured (each of those 4 times) that I would be placed on that list. And, yet, the calls continue unabated, but most frequently, when I answer I get a small blip sound and am disconnected...they obviously KNOW they aren't supposed to be calling me!
Today I called them, and asked to speak to a supervisor...and was instantly disconnected....I called again....[redacted] asked if I'd like information about health care, and again I asked to speak to a supervisor....once again, I was disconnected. I called again, and again, [redacted] answered....I asked politely to speak to his supervisor, and this time, he said he IS the supervisor, and claimed that that's what he told me last time, and that I was uncooperative. He again told me that I had been removed, but that it could take 24 hours to be "fully in effect"either I'm not to be called, or I'm fair game, and I am SICK of this!

I have received multiple calls over the course of the last week and when I ask to speak to a supervisor I get hung up on almost immediately. When I do get to someone else they tell me they cannot do anything as they have taken me off the list and I have to tell people when they call I already have insurance. It has been over a week since my initial request to be removed. Below are a few of the numbers that have been used on multiple occasions. 9143001018 5617019672 6267798018 3475698224

You can source this through the Florida Corporation Search utility: SunBiz (just google it). Armed with an address for the principal and/or agent(s), you can file a suit against them in your county's small claims court for violation(s) of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (1991) (TCPA). Can google that, too.

This is an absolutely horrid company. It is company's exactly like this that this law was written from which to protect consumers. While I cannot say that they would ever actually pay out from a judgement against them, taking legal action against them is *absolutely* the right and proper response to the harassment committed by these criminals.

Another avenue of attack may be to speak with the health care providers with whom they work. I was given contact information for "MultiPlan" along with their Web Address. They are based out of New York, and you may find them in the New York state's Corporation Search. If no providers are willing to work with these criminals, then they will also go out of business.

Everything I have read on this business states the same thing. Rude and harassing phone calls. Sometimes with foul language. They are untouchable because they are outsourced and they don't care how they treat people. I have discovered that they really don't like it when you call them back and waste their time. They informed me I was being reported for harassment and terrorist acts. Really, you call me, I ask you to remove my number and before I could finish my sentence you hang up on me? I call you back and ask for the name of your company and a number where I can reach someone NOT in that room and I become a terrorist? You want to continue calling, go right ahead, I am recording every call (you have been warned so its not illegal) and I will call you back. Whoever hired these call center losers better figure out real quick what is going on or they just might find themselves in court with a very expensive class action lawsuit! They claim they resolve issues.....NO. They claim to be professionals.....NO. They claim they remove you......NO. Call them back. Keep calling. Drives them crazy cause they cant call and harass others. Great satisfaction when the company wont step up and take responsibility for ignorant people they hire! I was also told to get off my lazy [redacted] and get a job. Was told to get a life. FYI I am happily retired after working many many years with the public. When you call my personal phone, you have one choice and that is to answer MY questions to my satisfaction OR........DONT CALL MY PHONE! It is really quite simple.
