Absolutely the worst. Their tech Sam was scheduled to show up for a service call on our dead a.c. unit before 5:00 pm. He showed up a little after 8:00, added some refrigerant, said "it's fixed. It was just low." He never even came in the house, then he left. After running the a.c. all night I awoke to an 86 degree house at 6am. Fixed? Really? I called again at 8am. At 8pm Sam shows up again. This time with another guy. He checks a couple of things, then tells me "you ain't getting no a.c. tonight." I said "excuse me?" he replied "you're out of Freon." I asked him, "isn't that what you filled last night, when you said you fixed it?"
Then came the tirade. He told me not to get an attitude with him, that he didn't get paid to come out, and that he was doing me a favor. He then proceeded to shout profanity and threats at me in front of my 6 year old daughter. The f-bomb was dropped more times than I can count, and I had to tell him to leave my property 4 times before he stopped shouting and finally left.

I called and had the company come out and they inspected the A/C..The coil unit was so rusted it needed replace. I agreed to replace entire system. The next day they came out to start the work. They sent a person who had never installed the system they sold me. Two days later the system worked. I had them schedule the inspector to come do inspection. It failed inspection. I had air going into the attack vice the house. They failed to seal the unit properly, did not cover copper, did install drain pan correctly. Called they sent someone back out to correct the other person's mistakes. Someone from company called wanted to know when I wanted inspector to come back out. I set a date. Called that morning to find no one called to set up the date and did not pay the fine for failed inspection. I called the company back and they stated you can only schedule the day before and it was a holiday so they could not call. when I set the date originally they stated they would have it done. I'm sure county had inspections scheduled the Friday before on a holiday. I got a call back from company after I told them I wanted to talk to owner again. rescheduled the inspection for 2 days away. This entire installation and inspection process has been a nightmare and I would not recommend anyone to this company. The owner offered to give me a 200 refund which I never saw in the mail as of time of this review. Do yourself a favor and go with another company and avoid all the headaches.
