My husband paid for a helicopter hunt months in advance in the amount of $He, along with my son, flew from Fargo to Texas for the huntTheir helicopter was broken when they arrived so the hunt did not happenWe understand things like this happen, and simply asked for a refund for the hunt (mind you, we didn't ask for airfare refund, hotel etc)We texted back and forth for over two years with Heli Hog HuntPromising to make payments, he's given us less than $1,back and now hasn't responded regarding payment for over months

We booked a hunt in December for the first part of February When we showed up there were already guys flying and shootingAfter waiting all morning Thad came back and said that all of the hogs were gone and that we could go up and most likely not see anything, or if we came back another day he would double or time for free and get us on a fresh property that hadn’t been hunted yetWe all agreed that coming back would be a better option and set a date for the following monthLess that two days before we were supposed to leave he text me and told us that he had to cancelWe were out a lot more money at this point and even the hotel charged us since we cancelled so close to the check in dateAfter trying to reschedule again and another late cancellation I started to ask for my money backHe finally agreeded but then never refunded my moneyI did go through Visa and they refunded my payment to heli hog hunts but I am still out air fair and hotels
