Spoke to Kevin M multiple times at the phone number 458-207-1885.
I was advised that he could have attorneys help modify my mortgage.
I spent an entire day 2018 in May gathering paperwork he need, and sent it via UPS for $86 shipping along with a $1414 cashiers check.
The intention was for the firm to help me deal with *** who had previously not been giving me information.
After two weeks and over ten phone calls I was informed that the attorneys could not help me and that I had to send an authorization form to receive my refund. The form was received by Kevin M via email [email protected] on 6/27/2018. Multiple emails back and forth and he kept ensuring me the refund would be on its way. I still have not received my refund.

This letter is in response to the complaint from ***.The tile was forwarded to a local attorney in her state. *** failed tocommunicate by phone and/or email in a timely manner with the processor assignedto the file, which contributed to the denial of the loan restructure/modification.*** also failed to send the required loan restructure documents in atimely manner. Thus, causing the loan restructure to be denied by the lender.In good faith, we sent the original check back to *** a few months ago,although, services rendered to that point acquired billable hours and did not merit arefund. We did not hear back from her. Recently, she claimed that she did not receivethe check. So, we resent another check that was confirmed to be received.Administration Department

I am rejecting this response because:It is inaccurate. Yes, today I finally received and deposited, not a check, but two money orders from the post office. Postal money orders, which is extremely fishy.I emailed and called Kevin M consistently, and all loan documents were overnighted at my expense. The reason the modification did not complete through your company is because I completed it myself with the mortgage company when your officers proved unreliable. Neither time you claim to have sent a check could you confirm a tracking number for me. Even when asked for. I'm glad to never have to do business with a scan like this again.
