Review: Order furniture over 7 weeks ago. Have not heard from company. When you call number there is no answer and when you go showroom it is never open. We left a deposit of 500.00 and have still not received our furniture.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or my furniture

Review: we purchased couch. as we walked out ,we saw they stamped on receipt Floor sample/as is.... we did Not agree on floor sample nor as is.. This was stamped after we signed.. this is not a item we walk out with.... .we called store immediately and was told stamp doesn't mean anything. when we got home we complained to our charge co. we kept calling store we told them, we do not agree to as is.. since ... charge co. sent us forms to fight charge. they said store refuses to remove charges. they can't help us. To date we have No couch.. they never delivered and never refunded us.. (since then we purchased a couch somewhere else) tried to go to their store. its not opened even though their recording says their hours.. We see signs outside for lease (don't no if for store ) their is furniture in store.. we have charge for 1,605.00 but nothing for the money...Desired Settlement: refund

Review: I purchased a sofa from this store on 9/15/13 around 2.00 pm.On 9/16 ,I called them back to cancel the order.It is not a special order,as the salesman [redacted] said.Whatever color they have as the floor model that is what you get.So,when I called to cancel they said all sales are final.No where in the whole store it said 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL"that is first,second on the back of the receipt they talk about refunds,and how it will take 21 days and they can't refund more than $200 in cash ,the rest will be mailed within 21 days,if you paid with a credit card it will take 21 days to credit your account.If you paid by check it will also take 21 days to get your money back.I mentioned to the owner that he is contradicting himself on the receipt,and that I was going to call the Revdex.com to complain ,he said that the Revdex.com told him that kind of receipt to protect himself.IS THIS REALLY TRUE?Desired Settlement: thought that we should give business to the local business.Well I learned my lesson.I feel more protected by the big names,than these little business.Never in my life I had

I just want my money back and get done with them.I never want to deal with this kind of stores anymore.

Review: On May 4 2014 I purchased furniture with a cost of $13,387.86. Delivery of this furniture was to be within one month. After the month elapsed I called numerous times and was told that the furniture would be delivered within a week or two. All the company delivered was two lamps and a TV console. It's been over three months and when I call no one answers the phone other than the answering machine. The purchase price of $13,387.86 was paid as follows: $3,500 by credit card, $1,680 in cash and $8,207.86 by [redacted]. I have thus far been able to have the credit card funds credited back to my account by the credit card company. I am still due $1,680 cash and a credit of $8,207.86 to my [redacted] account. The Company can come and pick up the two lamps and console that was delivered. I have bought furniture elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Refund $1,680 and credit [redacted] account $8,207.86

Review: I purchased a dinette set, couch, and bed room set which included 2 full size bed frames and mattresses. A year after purchase, one bed frame collapsed as the wooden posts underneath were not sturdy or large enough to hold any weight. I have tried calling the company but the number posted does not go through. I have emailed from the customer support link and have never received a response. The other bed collapsed leaving me with 2 broken beds a year and 4 months after purchasing. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want the amount spent on the beds refunded to purchase beds that will hold up as they are intended to. I also want this company to accept accountability for their defective products rather than falsely advertise and make themselves unreachable.

Review: Purchased furniture on 2/9/14 with a guaranteed delivery of mid March 2014. It was sold to me in stock as per the salesman [redacted] Months kept going by and they kept giving me new delivery dates and cancelling them one after the other. I then called them in early April and told them that I want a refund as per the sales agreement. They said they had up to 180 days to deliver the furniture. I told them that is not on the sales receipt. They claim it is written in a small area where they originally told me it was their initials confirming the original March delivery schedule. It is a scribble of some kind which appeared to be initials of someone. It in no way clearly states anything about 180 days. I have shown it to a lawyer friend and he agrees this scribble will never be read as 180 days by anyone. I then tried to reverse payment from my [redacted] card and National home decided to dispute with my credit card company stating that they made delivery. They have never made delivery nor have they ever contacted me to make delivery. I told them I needed to purchase furniture to have a bed for my daughter somewhere else because no matter what I will never purchase anything from them because they lied to me from day one.Desired Settlement: For them to stop disputing my credit card and reverse the charge back to me without any further disputes. They did not deliver when they lied to my credit card company the last time and took the money back. I told the credit card company that they lied and did not deliver and I got the credit back. They can still try and take the charge back again. I just want them to realize that they treated me very unfairly and give me my refund. That's all
