The customer came saw a bed on the fl?ör wegave them the price with the mattress they agreed wanted to order the bed írdifferent color than what we had on the floor which we ordered and requested a transfer from the supplier which takes time meanwhile they took the mattress, upon getting the new bed we gave them a free courtesy delivery and delivered them the bed they inspected it sign the papers and received the bed case closed.After couple of days got a phone call from them saying the headboard has a physical damage which was not there when we delivered it normally we are not responsible on any damage caused by mishandling or assembling caused by the customers even than we ask the company to help us and send us a new head board which they did and we received it in our warehouse we did call the Customer and ask them to come and get, they said we have no transportation cause our truck is in the shop so have a delivery guy bring it to us they contacted them and settled a price but when the driver went to their house the customer said I have no money this time leave me the headboard and we owe you that monkey which he refused and brought back the head board so this was nota dispute between customer and us we had their head board they supposed to come get it they requested delivery which we did sent to them they did not pay the guy he brought it back and demanded his money before they pick their head board which is normal for people to ask money for their labour and gas finally they came pay the the guy his delivery fee inspected the head board and took it with them.The problem was resolved which to begin with was not caused by us rather by the:- customer with the delivery guy, but with our help and courtesy was resolved theywere happy the delivery guy was happy.
