Review: I continue to receive collections activities from this business. They have threatened my wife, my nine year old daughter, and today myself. The individual today phoned me numerous times to the point I stated to him to cease bothering me and to validate the debt. I filed a Better Business compliant last week when this latest round began. I also attempted to phone [redacted] afternoon as well.Desired Settlement: I am a combat service disabled Marine and do not need the additional stress in my life, especially to the point of someone trying to speak with my NINE YEAR OLD daughter in regards to services that were questioned in the beginning.

Review: I contacted the company to perform a power wash & stain on my deck & fence. The company came & performed the power wash, but in the process, the used far too much pressure and splintered the wood on the deck. I discussed the issue with the company who up-sold me on an additional service to get the problem (that they created) fixed. I agreed to the extra service & we set a date to perform the next step of the process. The company twice no-showed on the agreed upon date. They then contacted me 2 days after the second no-show to collect payment for the work that they thought they performed. They then proceeded to tell me that they had in fact come. Given that I waited at the house all day & the condition of the deck/fence, there is no way that the company performed the work. They eventually acknowledged this and requested payment for the first phase of the work that was performed. I told them that I was not going forward on the job with them because of the poor quality and there subsequent abandoning of the job, furhter I was not paying them for the partial work they performed. I repeatedly sent emails & called once asking to talk to a manager to resolve the situation, but have received no responses from the company except new bills demanding payment of $723.20 for the deck & fence wash. I continue to maintain that not only should I not have to pay for the partial job they completed that actually damaged my deck, but the company in fact should compensate me for the damage that they caused to my deck.Desired Settlement: Cease collection attempts of the $723.20

Review: Washmydeck.com in Northern Virginia basically ruined my deck by improperly washing and staining it. I paid approximately $1,000 for their deck restoration service which was supposed to beautify and protect my small (225 sq fr) wood deck for a guaranteed period of at least three years. With 8 months of their service, my deck feel into disrepair wit the wood beginning to rot and the stain/coating having come off. This company has refused to fix their work unless I paid them to do it. My deck is in FAR worse condition than before they "treated" it or whatever it is they claim to have done.

They are unresponsive to phone calls and emails unless youre discussing a contract with them. I feel absolutely ripped off and think the word needs to get out, and they need tor ectify the situation they created.Desired Settlement: Refund of payment. I would never trust them to re-do the awful work they did when they ruined my deck
