sold to the customer at approximately *** below blue book value (attached)This vehicle was disclosed and labeled "as is" with the required "buyer's guide" (attached)The buyer's guide which the customer approved and signed (attached), advises the customer to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic and lists major defects that may occur in a used vehicle including the issue the customer is reportingThe customer self-inspected the vehicle, signed and approved the "as is" vehicle purchase (attached)
This is a year old vanWe offer newer vans for sale which have been repaired but of course come with a higher purchase priceWe can offer a newer van for sale when available that does not have the strut issue the customer is describing but it will be at a higher purchase priceWe can refer the customer to a repair facility and request a discount on our behalf and the *** below blue book value (attached) given to the customer should more than cover the customer's expenseIf we repair the vehicle we would have to charge the customer more for the vehicle

When I purchased this vehicle they never told me that they did not inspect the vehicle or make any repairs to itAfter I found out about the issue I called them and all they said was they didnt know about it but they would call there shops to get it repairedI contacted them son multiple attempts to get it repaired and all they kept telling me was none of there shops would repair itI took the vehicle to a local shop and got the vehicle repaired all I am asking is for a refund of *** for repairs it cost me much more than that to get it repairedI checked the book value of this vehicle on my own and it was nowhere near a *** more than the purchase price the book value was only ***
