HORRIBLE........... It is 30 degrees and I have waited 48 hours for a service call for NO HEAT. I had to threaten with calling the news, Revdex.com and Attorney General before someone showed up.
My experience with National Home Warranty of Nevada has been less than favorable. It has been my experience that many of the technicians that perform service appointments expect a fee for simply walking into a customer's home even when the technician is not able to perform the work required due to their own inabilities. The technician will tell customers anything so not to cause a confrontation even if that means spouting a lie. Technicians are aware that they are not able to forge their own schedules in relation to service appointments, but I had a technician tell me outright that he would return to my home the very next day to complete work that he could not complete on the day he was at my home. I later found out that was a lie, and that he did not have the power to make such calls. This in turn put me in a disadvantage because I had taken time off from work based on being told that someone would arrive to my home to only have that not happen.
