My experience with National Home Warranty of Nevada has been less than favorableIt has been my experience that many of the technicians that perform service appointments expect a fee for simply walking into a customer's home even when the technician is not able to perform the work required due to their own inabilitiesThe technician will tell customers anything so not to cause a confrontation even if that means spouting a lieTechnicians are aware that they are not able to forge their own schedules in relation to service appointments, but I had a technician tell me outright that he would return to my home the very next day to complete work that he could not complete on the day he was at my homeI later found out that was a lie, and that he did not have the power to make such callsThis in turn put me in a disadvantage because I had taken time off from work based on being told that someone would arrive to my home to only have that not happen
