Excessive, unsolicited and deceptive mailings, which use my mortgage company's name in order to deceive..
These people have mailed deceptive solicitations to me twice in the last 9 months. They employ tactics to dupe people into thinking their bank is requesting information. They have no website or phone number for me to reach them.
Remove me from your contact list immediately and do not attempt to contact me again by any means.

Deceptive business practices.
I just received a letter from the National Homeowner Service (aka National Processing Service) with an address to me indicating "USAA FSB," who processed my loan, though they have no affiliation with them. They included the loan amount to make it look more official and tied to USAA.
Never contact me again and stop deceptive business practices, putting the name of the bank you got the loan from on their letters.

Received mailing from this company to send information back to them with personal identification info Phone numbers and birth dates and best time to call regarding Medicare Information. Because it is a Processing Service easily confused with the address where Medicare Payments are sent. They claim they have vital information regarding Medicare Changes that will affect you. SCAM do not send personal information to them ever.
We have removed this name and address from our database. This does not guarantee that other marketing companies will not mail other similar solicitations. The information about this homeowner's mortgage is listed as public information at their local county recorder's office.
Junk Mail over and over again!
This company keeps sending to our home address an offer for a individual named "James ***", and referring the name to "State Employee CU". Their 'Mortgage Protection Card' offer. These mailers are a waste of paper. We have over last 3 months marked the mailer envelope "Return to Sender, Addressee unknown. But we keep getting same junk mail over and over again.
Enough is enough!
This company provides no contact information other than the business reply envelope. Companies offering legitimate products and services have no issue with providing multiple contact methods and do not limit customer contact to a mailer. Do not send letters, notices, postcards, or any other form of written communication to my home. Do not contact me by any phone number associated with me. Do not attempt person-to-person contact.
Unwanted and continued mail marketing attempts to sell "mortgage protection"
Since we closed on our home we continue to receive mailers from National Homeowner Services trying to sell us "mortgage protection" in the event of my death. We receive these at least once, or twice a week and it's got to stop. Given that they keep putting my lenders information on these mailers is just another step in the blatant misleading behavior of this company.
To be immediately removed from any and all sales and marketing attempts from NHS.
Deceptive mailing practices. NHS claims association with a homeowners lender and claims to provide mortgage relief. Mult mailings, spaming mailbox.
Deceptive mailing practices. NHS claims association with a homeowners lender and claims to provide mortgage relief. Mult mailings, spaming mailbox. Not interested, not a legitimate company, and want the mailings to my address stopped.
Do NOT send letters, notices, postcards, or any other form of written communication to my home. Do not contact me by any phone number associated to me. Do not attempt in person contact.
Deceptive Mailing Practices
National Homeowner Services presents themselves as associated with a homeowner's lender and claims to provide a miraculous mortgage relief service in the event one of the homeowner's dies, marketing to worried spouses.
National Homeowner Services takes advantage of public records filings of home purchases to contact homeowners and aggressively market their alleged mortgage relief products. Since our home purchase four weeks ago I've received at least one notice weekly. These notices request additional information that, coupled with existing public records, makes it shockingly easy for National Homeowner Services to build an identity profile that would allow them to scam a homeowner. Their 'Mortgage Protection Card' even includes a section for your initials which, could be argued, is signing a contract. Minor quibble: These mailers are a waste of paper.
There are well-documented incidents of such mortgage relief scams. Homeowners should be wary about this company and it's alleged products and services. A simple Google search on them should suffice to warn homeowners away from this company.
This company provides no contact information other than the business reply envelope. Companies offering legitimate products and services have no issue with providing multiple contact methods and do not limit customer contact to a mailer.

Misleading and Harassing Mailers
This company really needs to be put out of business. They're the kind of company that can't make honest money with ethical practices so they prey on innocent people by trolling public records harassing new home owners until they pay them money.
A single mailer I could have excused. Fine. But I have received a mailer a day from this company since April 1st of 2017. No, I don't want your services, TAKE THE HINT. I have sent back many, MANY letters telling this pathetic company to stop sending me their advertisements and they refuse. They continue to waste paper and killing trees to advertise their terrible, unethical, un-needed company. That's right. NO ONE needs to ever use this company so don't give in and pay them because of their deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs and hope it dies off like an old fish beyond its prime.
I want this company to stop sending me mailers. They should also keep their nose out of the public records because people buying houses IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. Life is stressful enough without some unethical company begging at your heels like a dying dog for your hard earned money that they don't deserve. If you have to chase after customers, you're not doing business right.
