We delivered Mr [redacted] home for his renter back in January and completed the installation on or about 1/24/Mr [redacted] had ordered the home with custom options and therefore had to be built by the factory, it was not an inventory item A certificate has to be generated through the Factory in the form of a Manufactures Certificate of Origin and then sent to us to do the sales tax and send to State for titling The Certificate of Origin was delivered to National Homes on Monday the 17th of April We will hand deliver it today and pay the sales tax and then it will go to the State and be Titled I spoke with Mr [redacted] last week and informed him that I had the boxes of Tile and his warranty sheets on the A/C units, I will speak to him again and let him know that the Certificate is here and we can proceed with his titling Let me know if you have anything further you need on this issue
