Review: I placed an order for key tags for a hotel in South America, the inscription should only be the name of the hotel and room # .

When I receive the tags it had my mailing address, which is my home. I cannot use or send these tags to the hotel, this has cause great delays for my project.

Approximately $280 was spent on this order, plus shipping.

I tried to resolved, they take no responsibility and told me I agree to have my home address on the key tag.

They did not make any mistakes.

At the time the order was placed by phone for the 280 key tags and other items, the imprint information for the tags was read and spelled back to customer and approved by said customer.

However, as a customer courtesy we are willing to remake the custom imprinted key tags. Before we can remake these tags we require the customer to email or fax the exact wording she wants imprinted on the key tags. (Attempts to reach customer by phone have been unsuccessful.) She can fax this information to ###-###-#### or email to [redacted].

If this customer prefers a credit to having new imprinted key tags made we will issue a credit for $135.70 (which was the key tag and shipping portion of the original order). This choice would also need to be faxed or emailed to us.
