Review: My complaint is with /Allegiant Legal group who advertised/offered their services for loan modification of my property in Las Vegas for the total of $4,000.00(four thousand dollars). The breakdown of said amount are as follows:1st payment to Chase acct#[redacted] for $1,333.00 8/9/2013.2nd payment to Chase same acct number for $1,333.00 9/17/2013.3rd payment to Chase same acct number for $1,333.00 10/14/2013.The persons communicated with me prior to my full payment were: [redacted] ###-###-#### - no longer available because of family problem; [redacted] ###-###-#### - no longer available; Erin Lawallin -###-###-#### handling the case - is now on extended sick leave. ** de [redacted] - ###-###-#### caller for payment. My calls were never returned upon full payment.Allegiant legal group never attempted to call for updates regarding the loan modification after they got what they wanted.I am at a lost at what will happen to me:1. My personal records that they requested including my SSS# and bank accounts. 2.My property in Las Vegas - they ask me to stop my monthly payment of the property.Desired Settlement: Cashier's check for $4,000.00
