resolve her situation to her satisfaction. I was not aware of the confrontation she had with my employee. I agree with Mrs. [redacted] that she was treated poorly, unfairly and completely contrary to our previous discussion. I called her today and apologized for this unfortunate situation and have mailed her a refund check for the full $100 she requested. I hope this resolves this issue to her satisfaction. Sincerely,
Review: My agency, a business agency by which I am paid for my job, rented a car for my professional trip on 1/**/14 from National Car Rental in NYC. The agency provided their card number for accreditation of services. The car was rented for 3 months.The agency I rented from on E. 80th had closed with no notice. I went to above mentioned location on [redacted]to change my car on March **as my side mirror was broken. I realized few days later that National had charged my credit card and not the agency Credit Card. Since I did not provide them with my credit card, I realized that they took it from my profile as I am an Emerald Card Member. When I called the [redacted] Location, I was told by one employee, who did not even hear my complain, that was due to my (?) renting for more than 60 days. When I tried to explain that I wanted to know why they charged me and not the agency I work for, she answered to call the following day as the manager was not in and hung up. I returned the car on 3/**and immediatly called my agency on 3/**. I called my bank on 3/**as well to let them know about fraudulent charges. My CC was blocked by my bank for faud. In spite of several phone call from my agency as well as emails to [redacted] at National Car Rental, this issue, after so many days, remains unsolved.Desired Settlement: I am requesting these charges to be immediatly refund and charged to the Business Agency as requested by my own agency as well. They still should explain it to me why theu used my CC from mt profile. I never gave them the authorization and they had the Business agency CC on file.I am appalled by National Car Rental abusing the trust that their members confied in them.
At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted]regarding national car rental has been resolved.
