I can not say enough good things about Kevin and Vanessa and my entire experience with them. I saw a ring last Thursday on their Instagram and it was absolutely THE ring. It was exactly what I had been dreaming of. My husband and I wanted to get a new ring to replace my initial engagement ring and as a reminder of how far we have come since getting married and having a child together. Its been a long road and its been hard but through it all, we never gave up. I wanted something to symbolize this commitment and love and Kevin made it come to life. The day after I paid my deposit (online no less, without seeing anything in person), he began work on my ring. This was last Friday. Like a giddy child waiting for Christmas, I was elated on Monday when they said it was going to ship out that day! However when Vanessa sent photos of the ring, the setting wasn't quite what I wanted and I wasn't sure how to say that without offending anyone. They took my comments with aplomb and had no troubles at all adjusting it to sheer perfection. The ring was shipped yesterday and arrived this morning. They even sent it with an appraisal in a fancy holder and an ultrasonic cleaning machine! I couldn't believe it. Not only did they freely provide engraving and an appraisal for my insurance company, they also sent something to make sure it stays its sparkly best. I have never in my life received such amazing service and quality. I love this ring because of its sentimental meaning, but I love it even more because I had such a good experience buying from them. They didn't mind all my messages, answered all my questions, and good maturely humored me when I sent photos of my kids and my weaving. I wish I could give them a million stars but this review will have to suffice.
