I had a billing/collection issue with Nationa Jewelry & Pawn on 05/02/I filed a complaint about the issue on 05/05/and was contacted by the store manager; *** the following day 05/06/the issue was resolved on 05/07/by him in a friendly and respectful wayHe took the time to go over my receipts and explained them one by one until I had a clearer understanding about how the process workI was given two $store coupons and $in cashI also received a follow up call from the store general manager; Sam Hthe following Monday 05/09/ to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my out comeHe also offered me a $store coupon for my experence.The company seemed very concerned about my issue and went above and beyond of what I expected and I really appreciate them for it
