National Laboratory Sales

Bought a 8’ Fume Hood from them about a month ago and a complete lab cabinet group around 5 years ago. Wonderful service along with great equipment. Nothing but great things from National, I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is horrible and all they want is the money They do not care about their customers or the products they are providing them We ordered a lab hood that came in damaged because of their useless packing They answered are calls at first but once they received our check they never answered any of our calls We left several messages and they never returned any The hood we recieved was not even the hood we ordered The hoods in the pictures are not what they send I would never buy anything from them again and do not recommend them to anyone

We used National Laboratory services several years ago We got a good price on used lab cabinets and a hood, that were in perfect shape We required several custom modifications, they had all sorts of great ideas and we had very tight turnaround timing So, It's years later and we are adding to our lab again We look forward to working with National again

We are a very small company and had very awkward space that we needed to furnish with lab benchesI called around to multiple vendors and honestly only had two call backsOne dealer quoted prices that were more than double our budget We then talked to National, they truly proved to me that they are the best laboratory furniture dealerThey offered many options, helped with design ideas, and ultimately provided benches at about half the cost of new We are 100% satisfied with them, and as we grow and need additional equipment, we will return

We recently purchased several pieces from National Laboratory SalesBeing unsure of what would work for our space, having a tight budget and an immediate need due to expansion, I was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find what we needed in the short amount of time we hadEveryone we talked to was extremely professional, responsive and friendlyThey provided several furniture options for our space, which included designing two islandsWe also purchased a 6' fume hoodThe casework and fume hood was very affordable and delivered in less than a monthEveryone here is loving our new lab

I was recently in need of two lab furniture groups so I searched for something that we could afford and be shipped quicklyWe found National as a great source for all kinds of laboratory cabinetsThey provided a quote for both new and used furniture
We ended up buying two used laboratory island setsWe had our furniture within two weeks vsmore than two months that other companies had quotedShipment was packaged well and they made all the arrangements for shipping

It was a great experience working with National. At no point was there pressure or negativity. Good communication with order status and shipping progress. I feel very confident in purchasing a fume hood from NLS. Lot’s to choose from. I also like the in-depth information provided on the website of each item. We would certainly use National Laboratory Sales again.

We purchased cabinets for a new laboratory that we were building. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets and fume hood, and were impressed with the shipping and packaging. I would buy from Kyle and this group in the future.
