NATIONAL LIFE ARE THIEVES
My husband had an accident 4 years ago but I have always been current on my payments the wicked lying evil company deliberately lied and claimed the bill was unpaid after I have receipts from my bank to prove it. They then cancelled my husbands policy as a result.
RUN FROM THESE LIARS I AM SUING THESE CROOKS

Difficult To Contact James Lynch
Sure, as a customer I have access to my online accounts. That is a positive. However, if I want to speak to my agent, James Lynch, he is never available for a conversation. When I call (817) 732-8939 I can occasionally speak to a human who tells me that Mr. Lynch is not available or he's in a meeting or he's on vacation or he's not the one I need to speak with even though he is listed as YOUR AGENT on my reports.

Company never answers phone; does not respond to email
I received three minimum payments made to my bank account from my Southwest annuity policy on July 10, 2020. In accordance with federal guidelines due to COVID-19, I have requested that these payments not be made at this time, but remain in my annuity. Numerous attempts to contact National Life by phone and email have been ignored. Can you please help rectify this.

Dear Sirs,Please accept this communication as our response to your February 1, 2016 correspondence regarding Ms. [redacted]’s request to cancel her annuity policy. After a complete review of her annuity policy file, we acknowledge our errors and would like to provide two options to resolve this matter.We...

strive to offer the best possible service to all our policy owners; however, we have failed to meet our own standards on your annuity policy. We agree we have made errors on two of the three withdrawals we have processed from your annuity policy.To show our sincere apologies, in the hopes to keep Ms. [redacted] as a valued policy owner, we would like to give her $1,000.00 to cover her taxes. This amount would be deposited directly into her bank account using the information she has previously provided. This goodwill gesture will not be taken from her annuity policy and will not be reported as income to her.If the above offer is not acceptable, we will allow Ms. [redacted] to surrender her annuity policy with no withdrawal charges. The premiums can be deposited directly to her bank account or we will transfer the premiums to another financial institution with required documents. We would like to remind her, if the premiums are remitted to her, we will report the transaction as income on a  2016 Form 1099R in January 2017. If Ms. [redacted] would like to have premiums transferred, we will require transfer documents with a letter of acceptance from the financial institution. [National Life has provided a response to my complaint. However, they have not adequately addressed my concerns and I responded asking for further consideration. I also tried to reach out by phone, however the phone number provided goes directly to voicemail. Furthermore, National Life has not notified me the complaint has been closed, only to contact if I have further questions. ]
