As indicated earlier, we take our client comments very seriously.  We have reviewed the file of Mr. [redacted].  Due to attorney-client privilege, we are limited in what information we can provide.  I can confirm that Mr. [redacted] became of client of the National Litigation Law Group ("NLLG") in June 2015.  NLLG provided legal services to Mr. [redacted].  NLLG's program only provided legal representation to Mr. [redacted] after he had been sued.  It is unclear if Mr. [redacted] has actual complaints with NLLG, but NLLG was not involved in preventing Mr. [redacted] from having been sued.  We will reach out directly to Mr. [redacted] to discuss his concerns directly with him.  Again, we take any client comment very seriously.  NLLG provides surveys to each of its clients upon the conclusion of our representation of them and review closely their responses to our inquiry.  We are committed to providing quality legal representation to all of our clients.  Thank you for the opportunity to respond. [redacted]Managing Member
