The man that use profanity he told me he has been with the company for years how those extra years come fromThe man speak really good Spanish and I also know the language and his English is very broken,
So If they do not want to speak to me, that Is fine there is media, and I hope You as Revdex.com, should take in consideration, that in any type of business should a person be disrespected and NOT SPEAK WITH that type of language to a customer
My only question me been considerate for the delivery man to make his job easier got me yell at and called some words that a person shouldn't never be call
I have a degree in Business Management I deal with all kinds of people from here, Canada and Mexico and never disrespect themattached you will find a copy of my insurance card that shows that date
But if they lied about me, saying that I showed them an expired insurance card, tells what type of business it is, that do not care about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We respectively decline to speak to the customerThe person who this customer is referring to has been an employee with the company for years and has an excellent track record of customer satisfactionIt is are mission to please everyone but sometimes that is an impossible taskI have heard enough of the story from other customers that the company does feel we need more info of this incident
We cannot refund the money because it is a state inspection with a majority of the money going to the stateIt is also mandatory that all state inspections are paid

We have been in business for years and do have a customer satisfaction policy that we try to live up toBut the customer story is not factual in anyway what so ever
She went in for a state inspection with an expired insurance card expired in
She then got upset at the Tech because he would not take the expired cardThe Manager approached her and explained to the lady that we could not do that because it was against the law
She then demanded that we contact her insurance agent and obtain her insurance cardThe manager again explained to her that there were a lot of customers awaiting inspectionsHe asked her to call her insurance agent and then they could do the inspection. She then got upset again saying that was poor customer service
We lent her our fax machine so she could obtain her insurance card but refused to move her car until her agent was contacted and she received her fax making it impossible for us to do other inspections
4. I have received several phone calls at the office from other customers describing the manner in which this customer spoke to our employeesIn short it wasn't pleasant and down right ugly
