National Mah Jongg League

I ordered my Mah Jongg card for the National Mah Jongg league back in March. The site stated that the cards would be fulfilled on a weekly basis, and I'm still waiting. Phones call have been made, but because of the closure, I haven't been able to talk to anyone. The site now says you can go to [email protected] and leave them a message, but you can't even do that, the site doesn't work. You need a member ID, and I haven't even been able to get that due to the closure. All I want is my card, or my $8.00 refunded, and I can get the card from Amazon, which I should have done from the start. I need an answer on how I can get my card, or a refund.

Three of us paid PAP(Fountains Wellington Florida chapter) and never received the new cards. The chapter said they sent all the information to you and do not know why we did not receive the new cards? I understand the office is closed and these are not normal times, however I think by now we should get the new cards or return our money.
The cards were for the large print.
Please contact me as soon as possible, since we would like to play the game.

I ordered a card through one of the National Mah Jongg League charity donation organizations and never received it as my address was input incorrectly. The charity asked that I contact the League directly to ask them to forward a new card to me. The league refuses to resend a new card to demands that I go to the address where the card was sent and get it from them. How ridiculous! The recipient probably thought it was junk mail and threw it out! Besides, I've been trying to sort this out for two months and they think someone who received mail that didn't belong to them will still be holding on it it!! Ha! I think I'll take up canasta now!!! Dot, Crack, Bam and Goodbye Mah Jongg!!! Goodwill should have been the way you handled this. If the card cost me $9 it cost you certainly less than $3 in the volume you produce!

Review: Ordered 2 $9.00 cards for a total paid of $18.00. Cards were never received. 2 letters sent outlining problem. Multiple phone calls made to business and voicemails left. Promises made to reimburse. Last phone call was made November **, 2015. Original order placed July **, 2015. I was told check was going to be put in mail on Nov. **. Check never ever received. They are dishonest and obviously never intended to pay me back. I want my $18.00.Desired Settlement: Check or money order sent for 18.00.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by National [redacted] League regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The Vice President Larry called me and actually said he was sorry..a first. He said my check was sent [redacted] but have not received it yet. I am hopeful, but sadly I have been told this before. He asked me to call him today to let him know if check arrives. I will do so. Will also keep u informed.
