Review: Invoiced amount was $187.45 on 7/6/15. Company shipped product on 7/30/15 and billed my credit card $230.48 on 8/3/15. I contacted customer service and [redacted] the customer service manager replied that the billing amount was a mistake and they would credit me the difference of $43.03 on 8/4/15. I have not received a credit. I have called and left message two times. Also have an email thread with details that I replied to for the credit status and have not received any replies. Company fraudulently charged me the incorrect amount and is not providing the credit they agreed to.Desired Settlement: Credit of $43.03 as agreed via email, but never processed.

Hi Bradley, Just responding to this Revdex.com complaint ID # [redacted] howeverthis matter has already been resolved. We already credited/refunded thiscustomer the shipping amount difference. (See attached invoice copies, both originalinvoice & refund-credit invoice) Apparently there was some discrepancy over the shippingcharges whether the free shipping promotion was still in effect or not which iswhy there was a delay in issuing the credit or refund. And to be perfectlyfrank, this customer was very irrational, impatient, and made a big deal out of this matterwhen in fact this was a minor issue that was already in the process of being resolved.Feel free to contact me with any further questions. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have also attached the invoice sent to me after purchase with the correct price. I do not feel I was irrational to expect to be charged the invoice price and not another amount. This would be like going to your local supermarket, purchasing goods, checking out and then getting your credit card bill days later to find they actually charged you more than you agreed to at the checkout counter. This is suspect behavior and/or false advertising that I have to believe it is happening to others as well.
