A Technician from National Mechanical Service (NMS) went to the job location at [redacted] on January 20, to address the situationThe flower cooler was iced up and the technician had to let the cooler defrost over nightHe returned the next day to start the unit and ensure proper operationI have enclosed a copy of the vehicle GPS and also a phone log, I show no record of the customer calling back within the following few weeks of service on January Billing is based on travel time as well as time on siteTo date the bill has not been paid within the terms of the service

I did not expect them to "work for free" as the person on the phone claimed. And I do not plan on paying for the same issue repeatedly with no result. If this is how NMS does business I will leave this complaint open and move on to a company who guarantee's the job and can actually fix the problem.
