After doing installation of [redacted] furnace, I did not care for this guy's attitude and the way he acted too many and just bothered me so I turned this info to Schlee Heating to try to get a hold of him and they couldn't, So I still wipe my hands of this guy years in the business 5-years on my own and no complaints with or with out the Revdex.com

I locked my keys in my car during lunch and I called this locksmith to help me outWhen I amazed how much it would cost they told me $dollars and so I said that was alright and gave them my infoThey came within an hour and opened my door within minutesAnd they charged me $which is ridiculous!!!! I believe they took advantage of me being a year old femaleI do not recommend this locksmith to anyone! It's a scam and a total rip off!! I'm heated! And when I called they wouldn't give a refund or even apologize!

If I can give Stars I wouldThis was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my lifeI locked my keys in my vehicleI went on the internet and looked up locksmiths and local Locksmith service in [redacted] was the first place I sawIn the ad it stated $14, so I called them to get a quoteWhen I spoke to the representative, he quoted me $for the initial call and $service which came to $I waited outside for over an hour for the representative to come unlock my car making several phone calls asking where he wasWhen he arrived he greeted me asked me about the problem and proceeded to start opening the doorIt took literally three minutesWhen I vonfirmed the $quote he let me know that it had inflated to $ Of course at the time I refuse to pay due to being quoted $when I call the officeThe representative who was opening up my car then gave me a lecture as to how I should live up to my word and make a payment of the$ I told him I would pay the $that was quoted for the three minutes of work he did to get my door openAt which time he threw the keys back in the car and lock the doorWhich I was fine with because I wasn't going to pay $The Exchange ended with him telling me he had other clients and he was going to call the cops for theft of service and I told him that would be fine because I'm not paying the $Plus I was already late for work He then told me I hate you peopleBeing a black man I felt really offendedBut I kept it professional and simply said I wasn't going to pay $He then offered to lower it to $I refused and he told me I was wasting his time and then said F [redacted] You and got in his car and drove offThe experience wasn't overI tried to reach the owner to file a complaint and he very dismissive and unresponsive to my grievancesThe owner had a middle eastern accent and basically called me a liar and hung on me and my wife (who tried to call as well)It is now two hours later, my keys are still locked in the car and they even charged my card without authorization or services renderedI had to call my bank to stop the charge Worst experience ever!!! I went on to [redacted] afterwards and I found multiple reviews stating the same quality of service and price gouging

I called this business to open the house lockThe person showed up late and then he tried one option using some sort of air bagsIt didn't workHe told me the next option was to drill the lock outHe didn't have a good drill machine luckily I had one in my garage which we could useDrilling didn't workThen he tried another door with a key and in mins the door was open Here is what I didn't like Why didn't he try the third option firstTo which they wouldn't answer my question They charged me a overall $which eventually brought down to $with service fee of $as against their claim of $service fee on their websiteThey agreed to change the damage lockI am waiting for them to come backHope they show up and change the lock

This is a scam!!!! Tell you a price on phone then when work is done is over more than quote!! Do Not Use This Company!!!!!!

Localocksmiths.com is the typical locksmith scam company that you read about on the internet and in the papersI was visiting my relatives when I locked the keys in my car I called them at 9pm last night They said it would be $and that they would be there in minutes An hour and a half later, they came, opened the car door, then demanded $ He tried to tell me not to worry about the high price because I could recover it through my insurance I said the quote was for $and that I was not paying $ At that point the man started yelling and swearing at me, demanding to be paid So I got out my phone to call the company back to talk to his supervisor When I put my keys down to make the call, he picked them up, threw them into the car, locked the door and then drove away When I got the company on the phone again (while he was driving away), they said that they would not honor the original $quote and that if I pressed it further they would call the police Stay away from this companyAnother company that I reached through the yellow pages came out minutes later and opened the door for $

My elderly mother contacted Local Locksmiths (or Locksmith Service) in April They re-keyed deadbolt locks and installed one new one and charged her $900!!! I did not find out about this until July 2016, at which point I did my research to find out how much a service like this should have costs Based on a quote provided by another locksmith in town the total cost should have been somewhere around $ I called and spoke with the manager Tony who became belligerent with me almost immediately He informed me that my mother signed a contract and agreed to pay the $so there is no dispute He went on to say that if she was unable to properly understand her circumstanced that maybe I should be with her whenever repairmen come to her house I gave him the opportunity to make this situation right and he refused Do not contact these scam artists!

Terrible experience It was very deceptive to pull business in I called and the front line quoted minimal visit charge, and service To my surprise the charge was ballooned to $for the drilling of the lock in addition to the visit and labor
This was a scam and feel the lack of disclosure of upfront charges should b e addressed The management was condescending when I shared my frustration to the experience asking for resolution Shame on me for trusting.!

As I was leaving the grocery store I noticed a young high school kid and his baseball uniform was locked out of his truck his truck had the windows cracked and the keys are in the ignition and it was running so I called this company to come out we'll luckily a guy in the parking lot how to wire hanger on them came over and was able to open the door by rolling down the window cuz it was one of those hand roll down Windows it's an older truck is not electronic and so I called back to let her know that we got the issue resolved and not waste a technician time (not even minutes later) and she says in a very sarcastic voice "oh really isn't that convenient well I'm just going to go ahead and pass your number on to the police department and let them deal with you now and then hung up on me." Peace lady wish I'd have seen the reviews before I called

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This
contractor is one of the least professional contractors I’ve ever worked with
In addition to his refusal to complete/correct work that was done wrong, he now
is trying to explain his position with additional liesI made numerous attempts
to get him to commit to scheduled times, to reschedule when he broke scheduled
appointments, and he simply failed to show up repeatedlyHe never took the
position to attempt to reschedule with me, he would only occasionally respond
to text messages with further excuses why he couldn’t come out, and continued
to be vague with committments to schedule time to complete the workHe used
texting after my repeated attempts to contact him, and simply refused to take
my calls I do have all the texts with
him from the beginning of August thru the End of Oct., when it was very
apparent he no longer was interested in servicing his installation, but simply
played games with lip serviceI’d welcome his claim that he has all the text
messages, as it would verify my claims of his lack of service, repeated
breaking commitments with mostly no notice and general unprofessional treatment
of a customerI will attempt to provide a print out of the text string I still
have on my device
In the end,
he claims to have coordinated with another contractor (when he told me he’d get
one of his helpers to come out) to attempt to contact me to service some of the
issuesI was never contacted by anyone else, and would testify before the
court to this factI couldn’t play this game any longer, and contacted the
manufacturer of the equipment, who directed me to simply contact another one of
their approved and recommended contractorsThey apologized for the inconvenience,
and said they have no control over independent contractorsTheir recommended
contractor promptly scheduled and corrected the problems, as outlined in my
first message
His final claim
that “ I didn’t respond so he simply wiped his hands” makes no sense, since I
tried repeatedly to get him to come out, and his lack of response is the primary
reason I filed the claim in the first placeWhy wouldn’t I respond?
Regards,

I contacted 24/locksmith at approx7:20pm March to request assistance because my daughter and I got accidentally locked out of our home that eveningSpoke to a representative who stated it would take minutes to arrive to the houseThe technician inspected the residence to see which entrance was better to gain accessI asked show much would the service be he stated it depends on difficultyI seen his initial invoice and I relized it stated $ for service call and an amount I taught was $which turned out to be $I joked around and said it cost that much to just pick a lockThe technician stated he would give me a 10% discount because I was in my military uniformIt took the technician approx 25-to open the back doorWhen I looked at the final inventory the balance was $I asked the technician why, he then proceeds to state $for labor and approx.$for taxesI told him that's a rip offI did not have my locks replace, he just picked my lockSo I asked what's the $185, for the equipment he usedThe operator initially stated it would cost, $14.99-service call and beginning balance of $ to pick lockHow did I go from approx$to end up paying $I see this business took advantage of me being a female soldierI tried several times and left several messages with the customer service managers desk, however I have not received a single call back or feedback to why they gave PriceThat's fraudWhen I called the operator back he seemed shocked that I was charged that much, then proceeded to give me an attitude when I commence to ask about the business policy, protocol, and pricesI would have rather called another service provider or merely abreak a small window to gain access

I locked my keys inside the trunk of my car and called this company based on their $quote onlineTechnician called back within minutes and arrived in less than minutesHe unlocked my car in less than seconds and filled the receipt for my chargesWhen I came over so I could look over the receipt I saw a "175" number and I was going to ask what that was but he saw my confusion and proceeded to tell me it was "just my case number"Before I knew it my bank account was charged $for the servicesAfter calling the company, and speaking to the managers I realized how much of a business this wasn'tThey continued to yell at me, and ask me unrelatable questions about myself and my situationEven the technician who came out was unfriendly, cold, and he showed up in an unmarked, dinky minivan
I would have been fine paying the base charge of $plus his said $labor charge but I was lied to and completely bombarded by this charge and the "company's" disrespect
Never, ever use this company

Wow, where should I begin? It all started because we did not read the reviews on this placeWhat a nightmareWe were quoted $for a locksmith to come out and $per lockWhen we found out the charge was really $for a single lock plus a $service fee (per lock!) we told them to just put everything back and leaveAt that point we were told that we would be sued if we didn't pay them hundreds of dollarsWhat a jokeI hope this place goes out of business soon

After our son locked his keys in his car, we called Local LocksmithsI had looked at their website, which quoted a trip fee of $(which was actually $14.99) and a starting fee of $to get into a locked carAfter less than minutes of work using unnecessary fancy tools, we were charged $The technician explained that the price online is a starting price onlyThis is advertising since he also explained that the "starting price" of $is labor onlyThat means the price will ALWAYS be jacked up since every locksmith will need to use tools (unnecessary or not)There was no indication ever that the price would increase by $We spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude and ended up having to pay this ridiculous priceIt is highway robbery at it's best

I am a year old student at *** *** and misplaced my keys to my carI found their number in a call book and decided to give them a callI called and explained my situation and informed the driver that I needed a replacement key made to my Nissan SentraI asked him for a quote, or more or less price that he could give me before showing upAlthough I asked twice for a price he insisted that he must see the car firstUpon arrival he simply asked what year the car was and if the ignition key matched the doorAfter telling him yes he gave me an absurd price of $Once I explained that this was outrageous and told him there were companies that could do it for under $he began to get upsetI told him that his service was not going to be needed and he tried to charge me $for a cancellation feeI informed him that I wouldn't be paying because prior to his arrival I requested prices and he failed to mention anything about a cancellation feeThen he threatened me, saying he would call the policeOnce I called the police he began to panic and no longer asked for a cancellation feeOverall it was a horrible service, and a scamThis company is trying to charge over $for a $service and a $key

This is a scam!!!! Tell you a price on phone then when work is done is over 200 more than quote!! Do Not Use This Company!!!!!!

We are Realtors and had a client locked out of their new house. The Locksmith quoted a $14 trip charge because they have techs in the area. And then $29.99 minimum depending on lock security. We estimated $100 due to past experience and knowing that this lock would be very easy to pick. The total bill was $245! The technician was there less than 3 minutes. He picked the lock on the garage door. This is not a security lock, but the small one on the garage door handle. The companies maximum advertised fee is $289. They charged $220 for the pick fee.

I called this company http://localocksmiths.com/ to fix dead bolt problem in my business location. I have asked how much is the service charge. The operator who answered phone call told me that $14.00. I was under impression that if I do not like his quote, I would pay $14.00 and move on.
Technician arrived on time and gave me a quote of $165.00, which I did not like it. I told him I do not like the quote and would like to pay service fee when I told technician that I am going to pay service fee with credit card he refused to take the payment and insisted to pay in cash. When I asked why he/operator did not disclose that ahead. He said if I went with the service call he would have taken cc payment. Since it is small amount he would not take it, which is totally incorrect way of doing business. Luckily I had cash on my valet and was able to pay.
Next morning I called the company to find about the policy so that in future I do not run into these kind of issues
The lady who took the call told me that they will take credit card payments. When I told her that I did not liked her technician’s quote, she was appeared little bit upset and started asking unrelated questions such as what did you do whole night, did you leave the door unlocked etc, which is none of her business. She told me that $14.00 is small amount and they would not make money if they take take credit card payment. Then I asked her why she did not disclose ahead and why it was advertised like $14 service call during my initial call setup. She says we do not have to disclose and it is there in their web site. Also, she tells me that since I have refused their quote, I should have been charged $55.00 which is totally absurd.
This is a bait and switch company, lacking professional work ethics. Beware of these kind of false and misleading advertisers.
I had another company came in and the same job was completed for $100. On top of that they provided couple of key copies free of charge.

I locked my keys in my car during lunch and I called this locksmith to help me out. When I amazed how much it would cost they told me $43 dollars and so I said that was alright and gave them my info. They came within an hour and opened my door within 10 minutes. And they charged me $244.97 which is ridiculous!!!! I believe they took advantage of me being a 17 year old female. I do not recommend this locksmith to anyone! It's a scam and a total rip off!! I'm heated! And when I called they wouldn't give a refund or even apologize!
