to call back the number that was provided and it went to a message that said it
"was not set up for incoming calls"We do not have anyone in our
office named MrW*** and the number that our office provides is a number which
is a active number that rings directly to our officeIf there is any
additional information that you can provide for the customer so I can continue to
try to locate this customers accountBased on the information provided she did
not receive a call from our office, I think she may have the wrong company

is a active number that rings directly to our office. If there is any
additional information that you can provide for the customer so I can continue to
try to locate this customers account. Based on the information provided she did
not receive a call from our office, I think she may have the wrong company.
