pride ourselves on responding to customers' concerns very quickly, so what she has experienced is inexcusable.We met with [redacted] on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 and delivered the 40” flat screen television she had won. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused [redacted]. We will make every effort to see that this never happens again.

Review: On May 11th, 2014 my family and I went to visit my father's grave at [redacted] cemetery. While there the company was handing out entrees for a contest to win one of three prizes. The grand prize was a 40" flat screen television; the next day I was notified by the cemetery that I was indeed the grand prize winner. I was told by the woman who called that they would make arrangements to bring me the television the following week. The following week came and went with no television. I called the company and left numerous messages to no avail. I then sent some e-mails and finally told the woman that I felt like it was false advertising and that I thought I should contact the Revdex.com. She assured me that it was a real contest just that her boss was very busy. However, once I mentioned the Revdex.com she e-mailed that her boss would handle it from now on and that he would not be back into the office until July 6th. Again, I waited until after that date and e-mailed her boss and as of yet he has not answered me. All I am asking for is the prize I supposedly won.Desired Settlement: 40" flat screen as promised
