As requested by my town, I contacted National Meter Services on 1/24/18 for a meter change/upgrade. I was told the only available date was 2/19/18, which turned out to be the President Day. I was waiting at home for the whole day and called a few times. Nobody showed up and nobody answered my calls. When I called on the second day (2/20/18), the representative kept telling me it was my fault that I didn't know they were not working on the holidays. I was trying to explain that the date was given to me as the only option, so I had to take it. Then the lady hanged up.

Review: National Metering services was hired by [redacted] to install new water meters. During the installation of new meter my main water line was damages which cause a large amount of water in my basement area. The service man was unable to turn water off to house causing a large amount of water to enter into my home. [redacted] was call to shut off main valve from outside the home which took over 40 min to arrive and to finally get water turnoff. National metering services was to handle all damages from my home. They were given est for work to be done by two outside contractor that I had look at the job and by a contractor who was send to my home by national metering service. I was given multiple explanation as to the work to be done and at this time over two months the work has not been done. I have lost a faith and trust in there service. They are not trustworthy and very disrespectful. I have spoken to many of national metering employee who have totally disregard my complaints.Desired Settlement: I would like for my home to brought back to normal. My basement is a wreck and in need of repair.
