He will submit modification paperwork on your behalf, but beware - your bank is under NO obligation to review it, or to grant you modification. All it will do, is give you a month or two in your home, rent/mortgage free. But to get your 2K, [redacted] will cuss and spit, and scream that he saved hundreds of homes. He did not - these are just marketing stories, designed to give you false hopes.
If you don't want to keep your house, and just need a few months of mortgage-free stay till you move or sell it - you can submit modification application on your own. A 10 year old can do it. But if you feel you are not well equipped to fill out a few pages - you can pay [redacted] 2K to do it. He may buy you some time.
If you are facing foreclosure, and want to keep you home - don't waste your time and hard earned money on this scheme. The only way to compel a bank to grant your request for modification, is through bankruptcy. Hire a bankruptcy attorney instead of this clown.
