This is an update for a old complaintThe issue was never resolvedI had a manager call me and tell me that he was going to give me $to delete my customer complaint and reviewMy damage estimate was over $2,He told me it was their mistake but never reimbursed meI no longer deal with them or direct insurance.This was like a year ago but I'm still upset because nothing was done about it and these people were very unprofessionalAnd I still have the letter sent to me as proof that it was their fault and they said that they were going to pay for all damages

I want my reimbursement that I had to pay out of pocket for roadside assistance on 04/03/
I had a blowout on X-X-XXXX and called NMC for help as soon as possible because I was on the side of a very busy interstateThe service repwas very slow and was taking an unreal amount of time to give us the help we needed, so I told her never mind I would call my vehicle insuranceI was very upset and did cuss which I am not proud of, but I was very stressedMy insurance company was able to help very quickly but I had to pay out of pocket $because I did not have roadsideI knew I had that service with NMC and was just going to send in the bill to get a reimbursement which I have done about years agoPlease keep in mind I have been with this company for about years and this is only my second claim to fileI called back at a later time to get instructions on how to get my money back and I spoke to a very rude costumer service repwhich told me to mail in a copy of my proo

I have had NMC for more than years and I have only POSITIVE things to sayThey have reimbursed every penny in every claim
I have never had a negative experience with themThey have been very helpful, fast responding Honestly I have and I will recommend NMC to everyone THEY ARE EXCELLENT

No matter what membership you have, it's a roll of the dice if you can get help when you need itNo support system if you decide to become a field repMade nothing! It's not a good opportunity
