To Whom It May Concern,
Mr. [redacted] has purchased his 2008 [redacted] from National Motors on 12.01.2015. The car came with our standard 30 day or 1000 miles LIMITED warranty which covers engine and transmission.  Copy of the warranty will be attached...

 to this letter.  At the time of the sale we also offered Mr. [redacted] an additional service contract at an extra charge that would cover him after the 30 days' warranty expires.  Mr. [redacted] has refused to buy any additional warranties.On February 10, 2016 over 2 months after the purchase of the vehicle Mr. [redacted] came to us and told us that he has issues with the car.  We have given him a written estimate for the cost of the repairs.  Copy of it will be attached to this letter.
National Motors doesn't have any responsibilities of fixing any issues after the expiration of the warranty. Nevertheless, we can try to trade Mr. [redacted] out of the car (if the credit situation will permit to do so) or still fix the car at the cost of the proposed estimate done in February.
