I started with this company in August Done two interview’s with the promise of a $reward in which until this day I have not receivedMade a complaint in Nov/18, they claimed it takes 6-weeks Still waiting!

Very pushey and rude interviewers

Recruiting department is a jokeIn the course of on-boarding you'll have contact with about different people who don't communicate with each other and have no idea what the other person is doing
Something was missed in my on-boarding process and the person I was told to contact never responded to multiple contactsI was scheduled for training twice and was cancelled because at the last minute they realized something was wrongI was just left hanging for months until it was too late to participate in the training for the project I was hired for
The HR associate blamed me for the issue in spite of my attempts to fix the issue and their lack of response

This agency mailed me a notification that if I would click on their website and take a survey, they would pay me $I did so: the survey was political and mostly asked about the anti-abortion issue About a month later, still no check, they e-mailed me another notification that if I would take another survey, they would pay me $ I replied that I had not yet received the first check Yesterday I received another notification by mail that they had yet another survey for me and that they would pay another $to take it They informed me that 2,West Virginians had responded to the first survey (the one promised $25.00) They also informed me that if I took the survey, my name would be entered in their sweepstakes for the possibility of winning $1,

Very pushey and rude interviewers

I have asked more than once to be removed from their list and informed them I'm on the do not call list. Still they call and now they are calling after 9pm!!!!!!

Thank you for passing ** this complaint. NORC at the University of Chicago is an independent research organization that...

collaborates with government agencies, foundations, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and businesses to conduct objective social science research. Some of this research involves speaking with potential respondents in person, at their homes.
We are sorry that the complainant was bothered by a visit from NORC. That is not our intent. A letter alerting the resident to our upcoming visit was sent to the household in advance, but was apparently never received. Additionally, a complaint was sent via email to NORC's corporate office, and was replied to in order to apologize for the disturbance. We do honor all requests to be removed from our list of households. We removed the household provided from our survey list of scientifically selected addresses on July 23, 2014.
The study we were contacting about was the Landmark Spirituality and Health Survey. Sponsored by the [redacted] Templeton Foundation, the Landmark Spirituality and Health Survey explores physical and mental health, illness, and the role of religion and spirituality in the lives of individuals. The study is interested in how religious or spiritual beliefs may be connected to a person's physical or mental health. In addition to asking questions, interviewers collect physical measures such as weight, height, blood pressure, waist and hip circumference, and dried blood spots. NORC is conducting 3000 in-person interviews with a 70-minute questionnaire from a nationally representative sample of adults. For more information on the study, please visit http://landmarkspirituality.sph.umich.edu/.
The complainant notes that the visit was unannounced and unwelcome. As is typical with field surveys, the LSHS makes outreach by mail by sending an advance letter prior to making any calls or in person visits to the address. This is meant to inform residents that interviewers will be in their area and to assure them of the legitimacy of the research study. In addition, we visit between 9am and 9pm respondent time to ensure that we reach people at times and days that are convenient for them. All protocols for the Landmark Spirituality and Health Survey have been approved by Institutional Review Boards to ensure that respondent rights are protected at every stage of the project.
