Very unethical in my opinion My car was booted on 11/26/16, after I paid fully for the parking (However, the ticket fell onto the seat off the dash apparently when I closed the car door) I was parked for minutes after paying $for a $fee (machine in huge lot across from Loew's Hotel in midtown does not dispense change; it is noted on the machine, but there was nowhere else to park) We had a cup of coffee across the street, and returned to a booted car They did not care that I had paid, only that the ticket wasn't on the dash, but was on the seat So, I had to pay $ HUGE empty lot, with no space numbers, and a machine yards away that does not dispense change Why is it so hard to remove a boot for a paying customer in this circumstance? I was not a drunk patron late at night, but rather a polite paying customer with a receipt in hand This business practice should not be allowed by the city of Atlanta For such exorbitant fees, their system should be upgraded with space parking numbers like almost every other lot around, to prevent this I phoned the office at XXX-XXX-XXXX, left a message at the office to discuss, and received no reply

Parking app was the best thought app for any business

Excellent service, prompt, attentive, and courteous Made my stay at the Fairfield Inn Atlanta downtown much easier Moe was especially helpful

Great app, sent message was ready for car, they said car was ready but had to wait 5+ minutes for car in degree weather

The company that I work for has done business with National Parking many times. Each time, they are efficient, friendly, and competitive in their rates. We enjoy our working relationship, and hope to continue doing business in the future.

We loved the electronic valet parking by using text messaging. Very professional folks as well.

I was parked for 45 minutes after paying $20 for a $10 fee (machine in huge lot across from Loew's Hotel in midtown does not dispense change; it is noted on the machine, but there was nowhere else to park). We had a cup of coffee across the street, and returned to a booted car. They did not care that I had paid, only that the ticket wasn't on the dash, but was on the seat. So, I had to pay $75. HUGE empty lot, with no space numbers, and a machine 100 yards away that does not dispense change. Why is it so hard to remove a boot for a paying customer in this circumstance?. I was not a drunk patron late at night, but rather a polite paying customer with a receipt in hand. This business practice should not be allowed by the city of Atlanta. Love the service it was fast and the valet guy was very very polite I will give them five stars .
