Review: Contacted NPTI on 5/21/15 regarding a refund that is due for a withdraw from classes. It was verified via email that a refund is indeed due on 5/22/15. After numerous calls and emails (the latest being 7/22/15 when a check was promised to be cut and mailed) no refund has been received after 2 months. The contact person is very difficult to reach and rarely returns calls or responds to emails. I understand that there is a process to obtaining a refund, but 2 months is ample time.Desired Settlement: I would like the promised refund check to actually be cut an mailed.
