I am responding to complaint # *** from *** ***. Mr***’s complaint was accurate. He had reserved a specific condominium to rent for January, Feb& March of 2017. The unit that he had reserved is also on the market to be sold. A buyer made an offer
which was accepted by the Seller subject to being able to rent the unit for the same three months that Mr*** had reserved. The Seller directed Canyon Services to find another unit for Mr*** or release him from his rental contract. We found another unit for Mr*** to rent which was similar but did not live up to Mr***’s expectations. We refunded all funds Mr*** had deposited with us. He was also able to get a refund from Alta Ski Lifts for his season pass and Canyon Services paid the $service fee which they charged to refund the season’s pass. Mr*** has been a good customer of ours for a number of years. Unfortunately under the circumstances we had no choice. Please let me know if you have addition questions or concerns.
