Refrigerator Repair
Samsung uses National Platinum as a repair center in the area to do their warranty work. I contacted Samsung in May 2022 about ongoing issues with my icemaker leaking and freezing up and only dispensing crushed ice. Samsung agreed to cover the cost of all repairs even though my fridge was no longer under warranty. They issued a repair ticket for National Platinum, I heard from them the next business day with an appointment for their tech to come out and diagnosis the issue. The tech came out was only here maybe 15 mins, told my husband he'd be back to do the repair as soon as the part came in. I heard from the repair center a week or so later letting us know that the part was on back order, and they'd let me know as soon as it came in. They came back out in July to do the repair and he was only here for 15 mins or so, replaced the ice maker only and did not address the ice dispensing issue. Had to call Samsung back and do the whole song and dance again. I had 2 appointments canceled the day they were supposed to be here because of a family emergency with the tech and the next because the text was hurt on the job. In November the week before Thanksgiving I had 3 repair tickets canceled, called Samsung again to get them to issue more repair tickets. They told me the reason they were canceled was because they were booked until after the first of the year. This repair ticket was on their books for a month then I got another text saying it had been cancelled yet again. Back on the phone with Samsung and an email to the manager of the company that's when I found out that the reason for the tickets being cancelled had nothing to do with them being booked for weeks. The manager decided that he was no longer going to service my area and of course Samsung has no other centers within 100 miles that service my area. The manager said it was too far for him to send technicians out, it's 60 miles one way. he told me point blank when I asked him if he was ok with his technician replacing a perfectly good ice maker with a faulty one and he said yes. I would never recommend National Platinum to anyone for any type of repairs. After dealing with them for 6 months and coming out 3 different times then he all of a sudden refuse to fix an issue with my refrigerator that Samsung is willing to cover all the costs for the repairs. I'd never recommend them to anyone for anything!

Range repair
I would suggest that you NEVER take an extended warranty out if this company is who it's with. They are terrible, terrible phone service, terrible tech service, terrible customer service. Overall service. They do not know anything about what they are doing. Not experience no knowledge of what to do for your appliances.

I agree 100%, worse company ever. they came out 3 times and never got my fridge repaired. Now they refuse to come and fix the problem.

Poor Service
This company has called me for two days in the morning, although I asked to be called after 12pm, to schedule a repair. When I call back, I get nothing but voicemail which apparently ignore completely as I have called at least a dozen times over the last two days. This company is about as pathetic as you can get

Oven repair
Went through American Home Shield for repair service. They sent National Platinum Plus out to service my oven. The convection wasn't working. He said it was fixed when he left. I have a double gas range. When I went to use this morning, the smaller oven with convection wasn't working. So I called, for National Platinum to come out to check the oven I was told that if it was a resetting and he didn't have to replace a part I would be charged a $90 service fee. Since my big oven was working properly they should have come out to fix my smaller oven without charging me a fee since it wasn't working properly when I tried it.

long for us to get back with you as we have been swamped with snow equipment for some time. The complaint that [redacted] had filed has sense been taken care of. We called him and told him that we would not be charging him storage and we delivered the mower the mower to his residence and received payment. Sometime later we received the complaint from Revdex.com and called Mr. [redacted]. He informed us the he had made the complaint before we had called him and settled his bill. [redacted] said that he would take the complaint down since we did not charge him storage.

This company has deducted $14.00 from my account for the past 36 months (looking back now 4/25/2016). I have no idea why and my attempts to contact company via phone number on my bank statement are not successful. I have notified bank to no longer allow the ACH deduction. For years this company has been withdrawing 14.00 from my checking account monthly.For years this company has been withdrawing 14.00 from my checking account monthly. When I call no one can tell me why or help me stop it. I've been calling and calling and now no one will talk to me and my bank can only give me their phone number. I even went online to see why this is happening and no one else can stop the payments either. I just need my money back and no more charges because this is ridiculous Desired SettlementI need my money back
