Beware! National Pool wholesaler has the motto its not our fault! What is really funny is they make it easy to take your moneythey answer the phone and try to sell you like a TIMESHARE! The problem is if you have a problem they hide behind their prized customer support ticket system - which is a joke its just there to stall and ignore the problem They are rude and don't care once they have your money The only way I got their attention to my problem was to dispute the full charge of my incomplete kit - missing parts pool kit Amazing how fast they call when they received the charge back! Don't buy from this company - my story is the same as others they will take your money you will have some sort of problem with them missing partsmissing panelsincorrect panels etc and they will ignore you - so buy elsewhere GRADE F-
Was assured a day shipment on product They told me to call after placing order to ensure ship dates I did, still assured a 3-day shipment Two weeks later, no pool liner and they would not answer my management tickets or repeated phone calls of being on hold for minutes
I finally created a ticket telling them a complaint was filed with Revdex.com and got an immediate response, but still they would not call me to talk about it
Was told they would cancel order, but I still need the product and the ship date was set for 6/still sooner than I can get it elsewhere with wasting two weeks on their company The next response from them is pasted below
We suggest you withdraw your complaint from the Revdex.com
We do not process orders when a customer does not want to do business with usWe cannot guarantee shipping as its being made and out of our control
Please send a copy of the Revdex.com removal of the complaint so we do not have to cancel your order
I was very skeptical as would most, when I saw there review on Revdex.com, but I toke a chance anyway because of their super low prices I was pleasantly surprised all my product arrive issue frees and the sales team was very helpful with any questions.
Very disappointed with this company. No tracking information was given when they shipped the product. One of the items I ordered they claim I didn't order. BUT I DID. Customer service is virtually zero. The one and only person I could ever get on the phone was fairly rude. They also use the same phone number as Discount Pool Kits. When I ordered my items from Nat'l Pool Wholesalers I actually thought I was ordering from Discount Pool Kits because I called the same phone number on my invoice from items I had previously purchased from Discount Pool Kits. It's very confusing. No one seems to care. Again, customer service is poor, poor, poor. Beware!
