I scheduled to have my pool open In April 2019, I was charged immediately for the opening and closing. They were informed shortly after the opening that the pool wasn’t operating properly and the remote needed replacing. They came out the following week to check it and didn’t have the equipment to address what they thought the issue was. They rescheduled to come out the following Tuesday and didn’t show up. They did call that evening to let me know they were delayed, and would call me the next day. I never heard from them again. After 2 weeks of leaving messages, I finally called the accounting department and the sales rep. The sales rep did finally return my message and when I threatened to dispute the charges, he showed up 5/25 with a tech. They were again informed of the main issue, which was the cell needing replacement, they informed me they would return Tuesday 5/28 & 6/4 to complete the necessary work. They haven’t called or shown up to do the repairs.

On 4-23-19 we open the pool. 5-2-19 - we quoted customer prices for what was needed. 5-8-19 customer called questioning charges we told her she would not be charge until we do the service. on 5-15-19 and 5-24-19 we replace what was needed and also cleaned the pool. 6-4-19 we cleaned the pool again at no charge, 6-7-19 we clean the pool again at no charge. Customer want price on upgrade which was given and not response as of today. Called the customer on 6-20-19 customer stated everything was okay.

Told several times that this job would be finished now. Seems that keeping to terms of a contract doesn't really matter. I have met the terms and they have not. I'll reserve a coming complaint based on the next few days. Half finished is not what I was looking for. Communication has been terrible.

Installation of new pool liner . Liner is leaking and has wrinkles ,divits, and left trash in yard . No response from Chris at national pools.

National Pools and Spas has scheduled a crew to go to *** job this Tuesday, 5/22, pending his approval. An email was sent to *** on 5/16 asking for confirmation of the date.

I am rejecting this response because:As per my original contract all gaskets should be new already including one for light. Light that they want to replace is operating properly so I do not know why they want to charge me and replace it. If it is leaking around light they should be responsible for making correction with gasket and properly installing of liner . Other repairs for wrinkles in liner and pressure testing pool lines is fine to do .wrinkles and divits need to be fixed. Thanks
