There was no notification prior to purchase of any warranty policy that denies any returns
Also the file you attached which is presumably an edited version of your warranty, does not match the warranty that was sent with the defective radiatorI have proof of thisAlso, you are doing business in *** *** law states that you must conform to our state rules and regulations on consumer affairsBy law you cannot substitute a warranty for a return policyThey are by definition two seperate thingsAlso, you may have any type of return policy you wish, as long as it is explained in full before the purchase, and clearly spelled out on the receiptWhich is not the caseLastly you have not addresses the fraudulent charges your company has made to the credit card

The response from National Porges Radiator Corpdoes not take into consideration the
actual (original) complaint or the argument contained in itThat is, it's not like I ordered a part and then wanted a returnThey sent me a wrong part and claimed that there was no such thing as returns and that they can only exchange it for the right partAfter arguing with them for a while (see original complaint) they charged me the whole amount again, and promised to return the whole amount once they receive the wrong radiatorI have a shipping label they sent me (i tried to attach it to this form, but unable to do so because of technical difficulties, I can forward it upon request), supporting the fact that they agreed to pay for the shipping of the correct part

I'm not sure that what the General Radiator, has sent even qualifies as a responseThey have simply scanned their original generic response (which states how seriously they take customer service complaints) and attached itJust like the first time, the General Radiator Co., has not in any way engaged with the arguments put forth in my complaintMainly that they sent me a wrong radiatorIt was their mistakeAfter long hours of arguing with them they agreed to do an exchangeThey have said they will pay for the shipping (also took arguing, for they originally thought I was suppose to pay even though they have made the mistake)Under the terms I had to pay full amount for a second radiator (including shipping) and they would return the full amount (including shipping) for the first radiator once it arrivedI have a shipping label they sent me to confirm the fact that they agreed to pay for the shippingTo this day, however, they have not issued the full refund

National Radiator has responded by characterizing this is a warranty issue which is a
misstatement of the disputeNational sent the wrong radiatorNational admitted they sent the wrong radiator by offering the correct radiator for an additional charge of approximately $
National Radiator has both full payment and the radiatorWhile National claims they do not accept returns, in fact they accepted return of the radiator and have it in their possessionNo business should be permitted to send the wrong product, accept return of it and retain full payment for said itemIn exchange for full payment I have received absolutely nothing except for a hassle

National General's offer to ship the correct radiator is an wholly unsatisfactory resolution
First, the radiator was ordered eleven months agoThe truck the radiator was meant for could not sit for eleven months waiting for National to send the correct partThe truck has been repaired and no longer needs a radiator, so National's extremely untimely offer is of no value since the truck does not need two radiators
Second, National General's statement that they are awaiting shipping instructions is nonsensicalThey have our shipping address as they shipped the wrong radiator to us once beforeIf they needed additional shipping instructions eleven months ago, they should have telephoned and askedInstead, National General has raised the issue of shipping instructions for the very first time and again in an untimely manner as the radiator is no longer needed
Third, we never agreed to receipt of a radiator months after placing and paying for our orderAs previously stated, such untimely delivery would be of no value to us as we could not be expected to leave an expensive Peterbilt truck disabled for eleven months while waiting for National General to deliver the correct part
As previously stated this dispute is simpleNational has the radiator and our moneyWe have nothing but unprofessional conduct and lame excuses raised in an untimely matterThere is no excuse for retaining our money and the ordered part for eleven months with no attempt made to resolve this dispute until it was filled with the Revdex.comIt is past time for National to do the right thing and return our money and show their Revdex.com rating is deserved

National Porge's proposed resolution to ship the correct radiator is of no value to us or any other reasonable customer given that it is offered more than months after the original orderFurthermore, if the business had actually needed a shipping address they need only look at the original order informationNational Porge did successfully ship the wrong radiator to our address onceSurely, if National Porge had actually wanted to ship the correct radiator in a timely fashion they would have done so more than a year agoNational Porge continues to offer no viable resolution or excuse to explain why they have our money and the part they contracted to ship to us months after the original order was placed and paid for

Lie about radiator Size

This is the worse company I've ever dealt withThe sales people lack the knowledge to be in this industryAfter thorough investigating, I called to buy a radiatorI told the salesman (John) what I wanted & he proceeded to tell me what I neededThey sent the product that they thought I needed instead of what I wantedI called to tell them it was the wrong one and the BS startedAfter being cursed out, yelled at and being blamed for it being wrong, I was told that they would not pay for the return shippingThis went on for days and eventually I got tired of their BS and sent it backOnce they received it back, they then decided that they wanted to make it right by sending me what I originally ordered but without them paying for the return shipping to get the wrong one back or the shipping to send the one that I orderedI quickly informed them that I had no interest in dealing with them and even if I did I would not pay for any of the shippingThen the same old cursing, yelling and screaming startedI was told that they would not issue me a refund (even though they had their product back) and that I had choices, Let them send me the radiator that I originally ordered plus pay for the added shipping or I get nothing no radiator and no refundI have spoken with several businesses since my dealing with them and I sure wish I had spoken to them prior to my experiences with themI could not find one positive experience regarding GeneralI personally can not speak on the quality but different businesses sure didAll said that they advertise a quality product but once put into use, it was anything butThey said that they sell an inferior product that they will not stand behindI can give the names of the garages that have used their product to anyone that is inquiring about this SCAM filled company!! I am sincerely disgusted and can not in good faith recommend this company for anythingDo yourself a favor and look elsewhere there are some reputable companies that won't screw you over

advertisementA No refund policy was not provided at purchase not by letter or by
phone conversation when ordered..If that was the case I would have never purchased this product online..This company is not providing that information in online advertisements..Our radiator was clearly shipped out defective..Taking a defective radiator in and out over a five year period clearly runs up a labor charge way beyond even the 1,cost of the radiator..Consumers need to be aware of this advertisement and not be deceived by this five year warranty

They want me to pay for the return shipping which is $They also said if it is
returned to them and they say it wasn't caused by a defect, they will not reimburse me for the shippingThey do not accept COD on returned itemsI read the reviews online after I experienced the problem, and apparently this is an ongoing issue with this company selling defective merchandise and not standing behind what they sellI will only ship it back to them if they authorize the return shippingIf this isn't resolved, I'm going to to file a class action lawsuit

What a JOKE! Customer satisfaction is the last thing on these peoples mind. They just want...

to SCREW YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN. At no time was a "no refund policy" ever disclosed! It wasn't on their website, wasn't on their truckpaper add, wasn't on the receipt and wasn't disclosed prior to the order while on the phone! That being said, they have no legal leg to stand on using that defense. They are to chicken to address complaints ( I'm sure there are hundreds ) against them, they won't even answer a call from my attorney. They are gonna wish they had though. It's a shame that the B.B.B. protects them ( probably due to receiving money from them ) and allows them to use their influence to continue to scam and steal from people. By illegally charging my card more than I agreed to, I am going to try to put these people in jail. That's where they belong. When you steal, defraud and scam people for so long , you need to be put away to protect the public from future illegal activities! I would hope that the B.B.B. would not want to be associated with this type of companies but after this case I'm really doubting the integrity of the B.B.B.. They have their product back so they have no legal right to keep my money. I have enclosed a copy of both delivery receipts!!

This is totally absurd!! Their in INHOUSE POLICY has no bearing on the sales they have....

They are ABSOLUTE LIARS & SCAM ARTISTS! Their so called no refund policy, is not on their website nor in their add in truck paper. They aren't on the receipts nor do they make that ridiculous statement at time of purchase. If they did any of the above they would have a legitimate argument, since they don't that is a mood point that has no bearing on their practices. If they did disclose that, they would have no sales because no one would buy from them. The customer service they claim to be concerned about their reputation and customer satisfaction is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Their illegal charges on customer cards is theft, fraud and illegal in every state. As to the quality if their product, well it's just plain and simple FRAUD! False advertising is the understatement of the year and all done with the approval of the B.B.B.. These people need to be in jail and I am going to do everything I can to insure that they go there!
